The following figures are given as a guide only and are subject to a final quotation:

Translation

Prices start at £20 for letters and general documents. For legal, commercial, financial and other specialised documents the rate is around £50 to £150 per 1000 words. For example, a report would cost around £85 per 1000 words; an advertising brochure at around £120 per 1000 and a website at around £150 per 1000 words. Our rates are the same for translations from English into Spanish and from Spanish into English and depend on the complexity of the document and the submission deadline.

Interpreting

Fees for business, technical, legal and community interpreting are charged at £200 for a full day and £120 per half day. We also offer an hourly interpreting rate of £40 for the first hour then £25 per subsequent hour. Fees do not include travel and accommodation expenses. Audio Transcription

Our transcription fee includes a translation and is charged at £100 per 1000 words depending on the clarity of the recording.

Language Tuition

Our rate is £25 per hour for private individuals and £40 per hour for companies and is exclusive of travel expenses. We also offer competitive prices for companies requiring a combination of translation, interpreting and language tuition services. Please contact us for further details.
